I am studying in a boarding school and i think i am stressed by all the works. Can you help me??

any sort of depression can be tide over by faith in GOD and sincere prayer.

Your prayer is from your heart. Further You must have to understood the fact that God is present in our heart. This can be realised in meditation. Further we are the creation of our own destiny. As per Hindu sacred religion, we carry all good and bad deeds life after life. There is no end unless we pray for unification of self with the divineliness.
Hence there is always a possible way to complete mergence with God in this life by a simple and wonderful meditation

Find something you like to do to release the stress. Listen to music, or work out, or if you like to read, read a book. Finding a hobby is the key to release stress.

at a set time, everyday, spend twenty minutes doing nothing at all. no tv, no reading, nothing but relaxing and letting your mind wander. think about something which has absolutely nothing to do with anything. some call it daydreaming. but it very effective in relaxing the ,mind, and removing stress. just do it at the same time without fail. you'll find it hard at first, with many distractions to ensnare you, but it'll gradually becomne a daily joy.

Talk to your counselor, if things are becoming overwhelming there must be a reason for it, he/she can help you through it hands on.

In the meantime, just try relaxing methods. Make yourself some hot tea, listen to some relaxing music, and try to get some sleep.

classify the work assigned to u.. as important and urgent, not important and urgent, important and not urgent and finallly as not important and not uregent..

finish the task in the order.. and do remember to sleep in time..

and if u cudn't finish the work assigned by someone, be frank in tellin them that u cudn't (but shud not be tellin this to all..) and prepare urself to accepth the price for that.. this will make u feel relaxed and u can concentrate in next work in peace..

if you go running or play a sport such as tennis you will feel better and forget your problems.
