Dodge Neon Srt 4 should be at this price range as well as the Cobalt SS. I would check out the Saturn Redline car (same as the Cobalt SS, and cheaper).

Gaby.. I will ASSUME that you're talking about a "new" car...
In the New automobile market, there's not much to talk about as far as speed and power goes.
Speed and Power are words reserved for vehicles a bit higher than $20k in price! However.. my friend's Honda Accord (2005) kinda Kicks A** for being a non sports-car. I can imagine the 2007's are sprinty as well!
