i love warm molten chocolate cake..so good with ice cream

Hot Fudge Cake...It is soooooo good with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top...
Here's my fave recipe for it...
Hot Fudge Cake
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons baking cocoa, divided
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup packed brown sugar
1-3/4 cups hot water
Whipped cream or ice cream, optional
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir
in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth. Spread in an ungreased 9-in. square baking pan.
Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over all; do
not stir. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm. Top with whipped cream or ice
cream if desired.

I would say warm and sweet drink chocolate on the cold weather. For the hot summer a freezing chocolate ice cream...lol. mmmmmm!

hot fudge cake! just bake a chocolate cake, cut ice cream in slices and lay over cake, put can of ready to spread frosting in microwave for about 1 min, pour over cake, top with whip cream and cherries. delicious!

recently I made chocolate brownies, I put a scoop of ice cream on top and drizzled syrup on top of that. It looked good enough to serve in a resturant, in fact i serve it in mine.

i dont know what people call it but its like a banana ice cream but instead with ice cream, you pour warm chocolate..
