Side crunches, regular crunches, sit ups, running, and eating right. I think that will work. Try doing sit-ups: The regular, traditional kind and side crunches where you swing to one side when you come up, and then repeat for the other side.

This will help to tone your front and side abs.

Love handles are actually an additional overhang on your waist.
If you stand behind a chair, grab the top and hold on while you stand with feet together and raise your left leg out to the side 25 times. Stop and do the same with the right leg.
Do this everyday. All it takes is 5-10 minutes a day. Do it everyday for the rest of your life. Whats 5 or 10 minutes? You can add more each day if you can. It will help
Oh! And stop eating all those snack foods and fast food.
If you don't then don't bother with this little exercise. good luck
Eat more fruits and vegetables daily. Salads are good also.

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

When we lose weight, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. For more information on toning up, visit http://straighthealth.com

Getting rid of fat in one specific part of the body is impossible, your body burns fat stores from the last place it stored it not from one spot that you would like it to, it just doesn't work like that. the bast thing is to do a lot of cardio exercise at leas five hours a week to burn fat.
