I don't have a specific candy in mind just general information. There are many sugarless ones around but some think aspartame sweetener is dangerous too. Some people think Carob is healthier but it's just a substitute for chocolate & if there is still sugar & fat in the candy then it's not the most healthy. Reading ingredients on the wrapper may help. If some are alergic to nuts then that's out too. Muesli bars have some nutrition. Most candy doesn't have much to offer but pleasure though. I'm no expert but this is what I've learned.

There is no such thing as healthy candy. But if you really like candy (not talking about chocolate) you could go to a diabetic store and they have a fairly large variety of hard candy made with Splenda. They are a little bit more expensive but they taste just as good as regular candy and have very few calories. I buy a small bag for a treat and I can have it without feeling guilty.

There is no such thing as a 'healthy' candy. However, some candies (like dark chocolate and sesame candy) are better for you than others.

The closest thing to yummy and healthy is Dark Chocolate. Otherwise, it probably doesn't taste good if it is a CANDY that is good for you! I am not saying don't eat well, though! There is a lot of food that is tasty yet healthy. Just not candy. Granola bars are a sweet, yet healthier sub for candy to control your sweet tooth! Especially Kudos bars!

The only healthy candy is an uneaten one. They are all empty calories without nutrition and dripping with fats and carbs. It is a shame they taste so incredibly good.

Dark Chocolate has been proven to lower high blood pressure, but it still has fat in it, so work it off!...most candy is not good for you tho..
