I don't own a curling iron, or hairspray..... I'm not sure where you're supposed to put gel.... and we don't have Moose here in SC!!!! Just DEER!!!
My problem is..... I have had long straight hair that I could "just brush", or throw into a ponytail for most of my adult life, and about two weeks ago I cut it off to my chin! (I hate it, but it's gonna grow back eventually!).....
Before I get any smarta@# answers like "grow it back"..... I need to tell you that I donated the hair I cut off to Locks of Love for cancer patients..... so it was for a good reason!
My problem now is that I haven't had hair this short for...... somewhere close to ever!!!!!!! It's too short to put in a ponytail...and I work outside! The cold weather causes this horrible static poof that I just can't conquer!!!!!
My hair is either sticking straight up in the air, or in my mouth and eyes!!!!!
I won't use hairspray or gel or stuff like that.. Any natural poof killers? HELP!!! I FEEL LIKE A POODLE!!!!

Burt's Bees makes moisturizing shampoo & conditioner that might help with your problem. They also have some other stuff that you can buy on their website, like a moisturizing avocado hair cream, that would probably help with the poof. As for the sticking straight up, if your hair is staticky you can run a dryer sheet over it to calm it down some.

I hope this helps you some! Locks of Love is a great organization. : ) The Burt's Bees stuff is super eco-friendly, and it's always worked really well for me!

Use Sunsilk hair therapy anti-poof shampoo, conditioner, and 24/7 cream. Works like a charm:)
