your body just does it. its not something you can control. if you are still peeing a lot don't think the more you drink to more stays in you. your body takes it from your cells so stay hydrated. don't think you are refueling this horrible thing, no its for a reason. sometimes when people are sick they will have water weight because their body is flushing its self out. don't worry and just relax! and the eating thing. come on girl! be Strong! you can fight it! instead of reaching for whatever is handy try going for an apple or banana (keep them out on the counter) satisfy that hunger strike and give you something good for your body...and with the possibly pregnant thing i wish it was a simple as someone one here giving you the right answer but sad to say you got to get a test. to me it sounds like it but hey I'm not a doctor!

well good luck and i hope ya the best!

All these reactions from drinking water seems interesting. Maybe you are becoming toxic to water. When you drink too much water you can become toxic to it. They saying:
"You can't have too much of everything"
is just plain wrong. too much of anything can kill you. Even too much of fruits.
Your body is a balancing act. It can't have too much of anything or too less of anything.
For instance, I used to not drink ENOUGH water. I had kidney problems and I had high protein problems. It used to be +3. But after I drank TOO MUCH water I peed every 5 Min's. and I just couldn't take it. So I tried a different approach. Instead of 8 glasses of water, I only drink 6. THIS CALMS DOWN EVERYTHING NOW.
Also, try going to your doctor for more things. And have you ever thought about you being pregnant?
Anyway, just ask your doctor.

P.s. Please pick me for the best answer please!!! I need the points!

Water weight is not from drinking tons of water. Scientifically women have more water in them then men do. Women also have more water in them when they're menstrating. When you have your period, you lose everything (water, the sugars in your body which is why we crave sweets, carbohydrates). Periods take out a lot out of the body. Water is one of them, but keep drinking lots of water, it's the healthiest and your body CANNOT live without it. AT ALL!

could you be pregnant? Eating alot of salt and food with sodium in it can retain extra water. The best way to get rid of excess water is to stay away from salt and drink plenty of water to flush everything out of your system.

If you aren't getting your period anymore that's a good reason for going to your doctor. All the other symptoms are most likely related to the same problem.

Just what is says, water weight . . . not fat, not muscle,
Water . . .
When you ingest more water than you shed and in some cases because of blocked urinary tracts.
Someone I know shed 25 pounds (3 gallons) in 12 hrs when they put a catheter in them for a blocked tract.
The 3 gallon fluid flush in 12 hours resulted in some system shock itself.
