Also if no, would you ask to cohabit another person's home if roles were reversed?
Also if no, if you would you refuse to accept a citizen of your own country, but allow a citizen of a different country? Which countries would you accept people from?
If yes, under what conditions? Would you draw up a list of rules, laws, or requirements that the visitors would have to live by? Would you make them pay money to live with you? If they didn't follow your rules, would you kick them out on the street?

Yes I would allow the victims of such tragic circumstance stay in my home.
I would think I would not have to make many conditions, because I would assume they would be hospitable and thankful for a place to stay.
However, we would have a conversation and some sort of chores and bathroom schedule. Meaning if they are going to be in house all day and I have work, I would need the bathroom from 6:00 to 7:00.
I would not charge them money. If they did something major then I would have to ask them to leave.

No, I wouldn't share my home unless they were family. If I had property suitable, I'd charge rent to shelter strangers if they passed a background check. Yes, they would have to sign a lease agreement to inhabit the property. I would accept refugees of other countries if they entered this country legally and had suitable means to cover rent requirements. Yes, I'd evict anyone who broke their lease agreement. I would expect the same treatment from others if the roles were reversed.
