I don't think they make it anymore and if it was lead paint it would more than likely be exterior paint if it was older.

I had a painting business, it's not likely a lead exposure problem although that could happen it's more likely the paint was of an oil base or alkyd type paint and you probably got a buzz and headache from it also.

Stick to water base paints, they have their own problems but generally i think they are safer. Working with the thinners used with alkyd paints is not much good either for the body. Better to use water based paints and clean the brushes with warm water.

It's a histamine reaction an anti-histamine may help ask your pharmacist about that, but a few good drinks of alcohol in a safe environment will thin the paint in your arteries and solve the problem a bit rather than simply hide the symptoms.

Both work but not at the same time. oooooowaawooo not at the same time, that would be synergistically complicated obliteration and no so much any better to solve your problems but then you may care less.

you may even have brain damage as well. lead, whether from paint or from some other form of ingestion is extremely dangerous and can cause severe damage to the body. have your levels of lead contamination tested and maybe something can be done to limit its effects.
