I don't think anyone, Democrat or Republican are for the war, but the difference is, the Republicans want to win the war.

Arnold is an immigrant and a pseudo Kennedy, it was Democratic Liberal backlash, coupled with the largest population of immigrants on the planet. Demographics, plain and simple.
California will still vote straight Democrate in the next election in spite of the Terminator pretending to be a Republican even if they do it in Spanish.

What landslide? they elected a Republican as Governor and the Democrats won all of their seats back and then some in the state legislature and in the national legislature.
