You can spend money on all the creams and gels you want, but time is really the only thing I have found, that really does diminish scars. It does help to keep them moisturized. If vitamin E irritates your skin try olive oil. Just plain old olive oil that you cook with. It works better than any of that expensive stuff. I saw an interview on the evening news a few years ago, with this beautiful woman who was way over 100 yrs old ( the reason for the interview was her age) she barley had any wrinkles on her face and when the person interviewing her asked her what she did to keep her skin so youthful, she replied that she put olive oil on her face everyday. She said that it was better than all of the cosmetic stuff that is made of chemicals and fake stuff. The way she looked there must be something to it.

Hi, Tiffany... Some people had disminished the appearance of scars with tattooes... Think about it, it's just my advice, I don't know about your feelings... Take advices from tattoists, there's some good artists between themselves... Luck... .

mederma is a little pricey but its worth it! I had a serious scar from a dog bite, I then used maderma and it was all cleared up

have you tried "mederma" its an ointment sold over the counter, its supposed to be really good. You can but it at walgreens.

Merderma and you can buy it at walmart. Its expensive but works very good.
