I am sorry for you and your friend, but I am glad that he was deported. I wish that all illegal immigrants in the USA were deported, same as he was. I wish people would stop disrespecting our country and our laws and our citizens, thinking that they can just disreguard our laws and just come on in here at their own discretion. People need to obey our laws and then they are welcome when they apply through legal means to come here. I'm sorry for your friend that likely his parents disrespected him so much as to bring him here illegally and so if you and he are feeling angry and upset at anyone, please direct that anger at his parents, where it belongs. Good luck. I hope he can do the right thing if he wants to return - he should come legally.

It depends why he was deported, and if he's applied or been sponsered to become a resident.
