It may be spelled differently. It sounds like TAYOMOor KAYOMO, I am sure that is spelled wrong too.

I believe you are trying to say "te Amo" I love you... or Te Quiero which also means I love you...

May be------->tiemo=tiempo(time)

(kiempo)=tiemo=tiempo(time?)

Also sounds like Te amo <3<3 (i luv u)

Or temo instead of tiemo(i'm afraid of...)

it is TE AMO which means I LOVE YOU
or TE LLAMO which means I'LL CALL YOU

"Te llamo' " with an accent, means, "he/she called you." "te llamas" means "you're called... this is generally asked in a question, "Como te llamas?" which means, "what's your name?" although it specifically translates to "what are you called?"
