Because it's so near your eyes and your nasal passages. It's like pulling hair that has been covered by many layers of skin. When you pull the hairs out you are trying to get the root as well right? So it's going to hurt. Try first heating up a bowl full of hot, hot, water then put your face over it and give it a few minutes then pull them out. That sould help with the pain. Basically what your doing s opening your pores. Good luck!

There are a lot of open vanes in your nose so when you pull a hair out its hurting the vane.But there will be no permanent damage u use scissors of course!

I think the skin inside your nose is just more sensitive than your scalp... why are you plucking your nose hairs anyways?

It doesn't need to hurt that bad. get one of those nose hair trimmers from your local durg store...trust me its worth it. Its a sensitve area so you don't want to pull them!
