If you have to ask other people if you should get one then the answer is NO.

if you're not sure that you want a tattoo then you shouldn't. however if you are asking whether or not we think you'll still be a good christian girl after you get a tattoo then that is a different thing. i am a christian. i don't go to church as much as i should but i believe and i am a good person. i have tattoos and i love them. i don't believe that tattoos will change your heaven bound status. tho some people on here feel differently.
i would suggest that you think out what you want to get and get something that means something to you. don't get something just because it's pretty or you think you want it. the chances are that in coming years you won't be as happy with it as you once were. i got my first three tattoos when i was 18 and they are all now covered up with other tattoos.
also you should chose an artist wisely. look at portfolios and make sure that the artist is talented. not all tattooers are good at what they do. don't shop around for price, shop around for talent.

NEVER get one that you ae unsure of and def don't get one that means Nothing to you. I have three and each have a special meaning to me. Fun and different are not reasons to get something that will be on you for the rest of your life.. eventually fun and different are no longer fun and different. As far as being chisrtian I personally don't think that it matters though others think differently. your body is a temple. I am very happy to show that I love my temple by tattooing that which means alot to me,decorating it so i love it more and more because it has meaning that can be seen. I have some like my son's name and birth date, he came from my temple and I engraved that happy event on my temple.Real temples have symbols all over it, my symbol is of love for my son. So if you get one do it for good reasons, not fun and different.

I probably wouldn't do it to be fun and different....I would do it because you genuinely want the tattoo but not as like a personal sign of rebellion. A tattoo will not make you any less of a person or less Christian. There will be individuals that will tell object to you getting one but only you yourself can make the decision as to whether to get one or not.

there is nothing wrong with that but i will never do a tatoo just bcz i dnt want to , not bcz it's wrong , some ppl mke a cross tatoo on the hand or any otner place , also it will only a flower
BUT dnt do it unless u r sure , n unless u want really to do it not to look different but bcz u like it ok .

you want to do something fun and exciting why not go white water rafting, sky diving, or bungy jumping. A tattoo is forever, and the thrill will be gone in a day.

My best advice is don't get a tattoo just because it is fun and different. Do it because it is going to mean something to you. Don't just jump into it without thinking it completely through because you will only regret it later. I have 5 myself and don't regret any of them but I gave each one serious thought and each one mean something to me.

"A cute little flower tattoo" on your back, I assure you, is not "fun and different."

Do a search for the term "tramp stamp," and you'll see what I mean.

If you were to get the tatoo then you must know the basics....... as in
#1: the tatoo will never come off
#2: tatoos ruin your body
#3: its a waste of money
#4: Tatoos could cause diseases.....
plus Jesus made your skin the way it is so why would you go and mess up your skin?

Someday you will meet a special young man and he will see that stupid tattoo and will hate it. Don't do something you may regret later, especially when it's permanent!
