Sadly, the issue can not be "containment" as islam's goal is world domination and subjugation thru hatred, violence and intolerance.
For those that would offer islam as "peaceful", ACTIONS speak a great deal louder than WORDS. And, people are growing tired of the islam's deliberate (and mandated) deception.

Leave them alone. Do not interfere in their affair. Be kind to them. Treat them the way U want others to treat U. Have the understanding and empathy. They also deserve to live like others. Muslims are not trouble makers. People create trouble with the Muslims.

First ask him what he is angry about, then see if there is anything which can be reasonably done to relieve whatever suffering is causing him to be angry. The world should be big enough for all of us. If there is nothing which will alleviate his anger, treat him with kindness until he relaxes a bit and lets the anger go on his own.

I see it as the same psychology as the schoolyard: how is the bully made to stop bullying? Typically, by being hit harder. When he loses a fight, the coward tends to co-operate. The reason there are still bullies, on schoolyards and in nations, is that other folk haven't the courage to stand up to them. Those who lack courage don't realize that the bullies are badly outnumbered, and if we all gang up on them, we can hit them hard enough to make them our best friend. That is simple psychology, and it does work. But if we make pacifist excuses, well, look what Hitler did with "peace in our time."

... They have anger against anyone who does not agree with their views... EVEN OTHER BELIEVERS IN ISLAM.
They view death as victory and allowing an "opponent" (anyone who believes differently) to live as a loss.
The INTENT of militant Islam is not to allow anyone else to live. They do not accept peace and condemn those who aspire peace.
