It depends on whether your best friend knew that he was your crush.If she did know and then kissed him,it doesn't seem like she is your best friend.If she didn't know that he was your crush and she is really special to you, you shouldn't feel bad.Don't let a guy ruin your special friendship with her.It's more important.
