Are there flats in Central London, United Kingdom, with Gym and/or doormen facilities?

Are there flats (Studios or 1 Bedroom, for 1 person) in Central London, United Kingdom, that come with Gym facilities, and/or have doormen too? I lived there for 4 years prior, but haven't really noticed any flats with facilities... the best they do is give you a lift (elevator).

My budget is anything below GBP 300 per week.
