YOU JUST NEED UPPER BODY EXERSICE. AND STOP SLUMPING. PULL YOUR SHOULDERS BACK STREGHTEN YOUR BACK STAND IN FRONT OF A MIRROR AND DO IT AND SEE THE DIFFERANCE.ALSO PULL THAT GUT IN STICK OUT THAT CHEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
