1 GRAIN IS ABOUT 64 MG
1/2 gr = 32 mg

SO / SH X Q = THE DOSE
: 32 mg / 15 mg / tab = 2.13 tablets
: Rounded off to 2 tablets t.i.d.
: The client will receive 2 tablets in each dose.

1 grain is about 65mg

1/2 would be rounded to 30mg to make it easy

so...... 2 tabs three times a day

6 tabs a day

(to be exact 1grain = 64.79891 milligrams. Ricky needs to recheck his pharmacy books after 6 years in a 4 year program he should have plenty of resources)
