Anastasia, I know you hear this all the time, but EATING RIGHT AND EXERCISING IS 'THE KEY' TO A HEALTHY, SEXY BODY. How many guys(or gals) do you know who think Sh**ing themselves, and looking like an Olsen twin is hot or healthy.Men are a lot more in to healthy strong bodied women. That means a little body fat for cushion and a big butt. You can build on your natural attributes, ask me how. Think Vida Guerra. If you need advice for exercise and diet e-mail me at callousedwound@yahoo.com. Also I am not saying you have to look like Vida. I do not have Brad Pitt's body, but skin and bones and a girl who has explosive diarrhea is gross. It is not healthy.

wellll...ok taking laxatives other than the reason they are supposed to be used isnt alright. now that that's out of the way. :P seriously laxatives arent good for weight loss. heres why: you're not losing weight, you're losing water. all it does is dehydrate you. If you want to lose weight start walking or jogging. Do something cardiovascular. second reason laxatives are bad some actually cause your bowels to move and eventually your body may become to accustomed to it, you will lose control of your bowel movements, like you cant control when you have to go to the bathroom. So i would suggest getting of the laxatives and getting outside and drinking lots of water, your body needs it to funtion properly including your brain, remember that. Not sure if that was what you wanted to hear, but i hope it helps...

Answer: No, they don't. Laxatives are meant to help people with their bowel movements not with losing weight.

Answer: DON'T DO THAT. I've got an old aquaintance that tried that and their body is now dependant on them permanently. It's not worth it.
