He is hella shy and he only talks to his brother and i have his brother in my p.e. his brother is a 9th grade just like me

Aw, how sweet. This is a growing process. By all means speak with him. Ask him what classes he is taking and who are his teachers. Ask him about his grades and whether or not he is being tutored in any of his subjects. If he mentions D or F then he's not worth your time. Make sure that he gives you a grade for each subject. Ask him if he like sports and which ones. You might find out that you like the same one/s. Ask him what does he usually do on Sundays. This will give you an idea of whether he goes to church or synagogue or not. Ask him if he volunteers after school or on the weekends. Ask him what his favorite color is and what his favorite food is. Any one of these questions will break the ice. Just remember that you are a young lady and you are looking to speak with a young man. So, if his conversation strays to more adult topics then zip the lip and check him off.

talk to him, but make sure he is very interested in u. one time i said to some friends that a girl was cute, and the girl always had a crush on me, but she never taught she had an opportunity, so when she listen to what i said, she got a lot of hopes. but really i just said cute, i didnt want anything with her. and remember guys look for hot not for cute. also if hes in the popular group hes not gonna be with a freshman, just if u look like a supermodel. so just make sure that he wants something with u, because if not u may get hurt.
