1 grain is about 65mg

surly you're giving more than 1 grain. If not, it's 0.2 tab every 4 hours.

Quite not sure if the order is just 1 grain. Anyway 1 grain is approximately 64 mg.
Hence:
SD / SH X Q = DOSE
: 64 mg /325 mg / tab = 0.197 tab

The client should receive about 0.2 tablets after rounding off. I believe it is just calculations drill as I do not thinkthere is such a low dose of aspirin administered.
