I have these red, dry, wrinkly areas on the arch on the bottom of my feet and they won't go away! I had something like this during the summer and early fall and I thought that it had something to do with the chemicles in the pool and it stopped when I wasn't swimming. But now it's back and worse! It looks like a bunch of zits on my feet and it is so itchy. I tried putting some bath and body works lotion on it, and it helped a little, but not for long.

Hmmm,,,, do you walk barefoot a lot? It might not be chemicals in the swimming pool, but something you picked up around the pool.
Now, athlete's foot usually comes on the top of the foot, and between the toes. Not usually on the bottom, sole, arch. All it could take is some open cut down there, and walking on dirt or mud, or through a puddle, and you might have picked up some parasite/worm/infection. Check it out with a dermatologist.

Eczema patients can avoid scratchy fibers for softer ones like bamboo, cotton, or silk, which are gentler on the skin. Opting to buy organic fibers can also be a wise, healthy, and eco-friendly alternative. Learn here https://tr.im/b2BO3

i had the same problem, and it comes and go, you can either go to your doctor and he/she will prescribe you a cream, or you can try an over the self cream called BALMEX you'll find it in the baby stuff usually used for diaper rash but it worked for me, just put it on at night before bed and before you put on your socks and in couple weeks it will go away if it doesn't then you8 may need something stronger that's where the doctor comes in.

It could be eczema which is a rash like substance. Or it could be if sweet stays on your body to long and it is rubbing together it causes these little white/clear bumps. (I get them between my fingers. use Cortizon 10 Cream.
