In December I sent this guy, Will, an email, and I kind of...well...asked him out, and he just got back to me today. And see, I like someone else now, but he's just so darn nice, and he's funny and cute, and I think he likes me, and he said "I'll have to think about it."
GRR...Is it too late for him or should I give him another chance since he didn't answer his email because he didn't know how to?

Well, see our school has an email account for everyone, but not everyone knows how to use it, and he just learned how to use it.

you should give him a chance, it might work out. but maybe you should get to know him better so your sure u make the right chose

Yeah, I would go ahead and say it's a little too late. everyone knows how to answer a question pretty much of any kind in a timely manner. It seems to me that mabye he had something planned with someone else, and use you as a back-up. I think a week was too long to wait to respond to an e-mail, unless he's been out of the country and somewhere with no computer and internet access.
