i am 18 and i have never dated. it seems like i am never goning to find a guy. why is it so hard to find someone??

Have confidence if you see a guy you find attractive the you go over a spark up a conversation let it go from there make sure you flirt. Don't come off desperate guys hate that. Confidence is sexy. Stop sitting back looking for some guy to come to you.
Bottom Line: be confident, take a chance and don't seem desperate

many of the problems stem from 3's or 4's waiting for the 10 to come along. If you are a good person with a lot to offer someone, let it show but also understand that scuzbag dirtballs will attract the same.

Ever consider being the asker? I stalked my current bf (who Ive been dating for almost a year) and finally got the courage to ask him out. He said that he had noticed me (behind him in the hallway, riding down his street, at walmart at the same time and same aisle as him...) but was just too much of a chicken butt to be the one to ask me out. Find someone you like, and go for it! You may be surprised. Create more guy friends, seek their advice, maybe even fall for a guy friend thats been there for you the whole time. I agree with the person above me, dont ever lower your standards. Im a big believer in love, theres someone out there for everyone. If its not happening now, then put yourself out there, make yourself more noticeable and be yourself, theres going to be someone out there for you. If your try my way and end up stalking someone you just know thats for you, try not to be as noticeably clunky as I was, hah, j/k. It got me noticed ^_^'

Next time you see a guy you're attracted to, ask him out. Go to
McDonald's for a burger, fries, and shakes. Get to know him and
what he likes.
Do that about 100 times, and you will have dated guys. (Just
kidding) Anyway, go for it! You're just a little shy, and asking a
guy out is one way to break the ice. GOOD LUCK.

There is a lot of crap out there. Try being set up by a friend. Or try going on a date with a guy friend.
