I'm looking for a good beach to go to on vacation... with blue water and white sand... that may not be possible but somthing close to it...

The Caribbean.
I went to Xel-Ha (google it, it is gorgeous!). The waters in the Caribbean and around Playa Del Carmen are so blue and clear it is breathtaking.
