You'd be very suprised since I fit into this category. Most of us are looking for a girl who is humble, but still confident. Sometimes it may help when the girl makes the first move. It worked on me before and things went rolling from there. Shy guys are usually not impulsive, so sometimes we just need a little push to get things started.

I'm just guessing, but I would say girls that are not too outgoing or wild. Not necessarily shy like themselves, just calm and low-key. Girls that don't do stupid things to embarrass them and don't move too fast in the relationship.
