no you probably wont look any different in the morning. metabolism works well while you sleep & you shouldnt be worrying about that. it seems like its probably a personal goal of yours to eat healthy which is good but dont worry if you have a ton of carbs one day every once in a while. your weight seems borderline unhealthy so please dont be stressing too much about your carb intake.if you were too have billions of carbs every day for a long time then you would see weight gain but youll be fine.

I'm thinking 300 carbs(grams??) is only 1,200 calories.. multiply number of grams x 4= calories from carbs..
Protein works the same way.. say 60 today x 4= 240 calories from protein.. and fat is different.. say 30 grams of fat x 9= 270 calories of fat.. Easy to figure out..

No! Please! I'm thirteen as well, and the losing 'more' bit has shocked me - congrats on losing a bit of weight, but just keep this in your head today: We only live life once.. You won't regret a few pounds when your in your 70's, but you will if you've been wasting your life on needless weight loss - how about going to the cinema instead? Or even go for a walk? As long as you exercise at least 30 minutes a day, you'll be great! You're thirteen, ENJOY every second of your childhood - make today the best day of your LIFE!! Hope that helped :)
