Actually it is not the freebase form of methamphetamine, it is the hydrochloride salt (HCL) of methamphetamine (AKA crystal meth). The freebase form of meth is an oil (not water soluable), not a solid, and is rarely if ever seen outside a meth lab. All crystal meth is converted to the acid salt (crystal) form before it hits the market. The HCL salt form is in crystals that look like peices of glass or "ice", that is the form that can be either smoked (actually vaporised and inhaled), insuflated (snorted) or disolved in water and injected IV (slammed). It is evil! Don't touch it.
