I am using Nero 6 and everytime I try to burn a DVD with Nero and everytime, it tells me that advcntr2.dll cannot be found on my computer (I have it - I downloaded it) and then Nero shuts down completely.
Has anyone experienced this problem and how can I fix it?
I've been working on it for 1 week.

Uninstall Nero then use the Nero clean tools to clean it all up. Defrag and then try reinstalling.
Computers are funny. Even when a file is deleted it is still there on the Hard Drive, until it overwritten. It may be a fluke and when you reinstall the file Nero is actually seeing two, one that was deleted and the one you installed. The Defrag help move things around and help give you a clean install.
If, clean tools not on your CD just delete, defrag and reinstall and see what happen.

Uninstall, reboot and reinstall Nero 6
