Is that a typo? did you say ninety? in that case you will probably lose about 15 pounds in a month, depending on how active you are (I'm going off approx 1600 calories/day maintenance metabolism for someone your size. more if you work out. welcome to anorexia!)
have fun starving yourself.

90 calories is WAY too low. Calories are used by your body for cell reproduction, fuel, etc. Try staying on a diet like this, and , if you're still alive after 90 days, you'll probably be going bald. At 5'7" and 125 lbs., you are well within a healthy weight. You are slim and trim. Eat to stay healthy.

are you planning on eating at all? 90 cal/day is not enough for the body to function. your brain needs sugar to process information and move your body so that should be a big enough reason to consume the daily requirement. starvation diets will work on your fat but soon after, your muscles will begin to break down. this is a recipe for disaster. if you must weigh next to nothing, do it the right way, eat right and exercise. seek professional help from a nutritionist and therapist if need be.

If you cut that much of your intake you will be VERY sick,VERY quick! Its easier than you think though....just eat 1,000 calories a day if you want to weigh 100 lbs,2000 for 200 lbs...get the idea??Its simple and IT WORKS...Don't worry much about calories from fresh fruits and peanuts and such,though...just watch your fats and processed sugars.
Personally ? yes,I think 100 lbs at 5'7 is too thin !!

You would put yourself in the hospital very quickly.
Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/caloriecalclb.html This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both. you have already got a BMI (physique mass index) of sixteen.6. a individual is already below weight in the event that they are below 18.5. this implies you dont could lose any weight and have already got just about no fat on your physique. in case you basically consume 200-3 hundred energy an afternoon your physique won't burn fat, as a replace it is going to start to interrupt down your muscle mass first, via fact which you haven't any longer any fat, the subsequent subject your bodu will start to interrupt down is your organs. None of this might make you seem from now on ideal or thinner. you're able to consume atleast 1500 energy an afternoon and its healthful to consume closer to 2000. in case you're stressful with regard to the type you seem you're extra ideal off taking over some work out with a solid nutrition plan. meaning no longer eatting junk nutrition. you will could consume approximately 30 grams of protein an afternoon. Protein is nice sized via fact it doesnt get saved as fat till you consume a extensive volume of nutrition. Basicall consume extra healthful nutrition and exercising. it is going to save you looking skinny and healthful

If you don't exceed 90 calories a day for a month, I believe you will starve. This doesn't look good on the cover of Vogue, no matter what you think. :-(
