It's definitely not healthy to eat ice cream or cheeseburgers and pizza everyday, but is it okay to eat it once a week? How about twice or even three times a week? What would be the most often you can eat junk food and still remain healthy?

Eating junk in moderation is OK.. I would say one meal a week is enough though. The biggest problem with junk food is that many of them are addictive so the more you eat them the more you want them. If you start doing it 3 or 4 times a week, then next thing you know it will be every day and soon enough you will only be eating junk.

Eating the "bad stuff" every now and then is okay. Actually it's recommended that people have a "pig out day". I would say only once every seven days a person should be allowed to eat what ever they chose. Twice a week would be exceeding it and you'll ruin your healthy eating habits.

I cover my healthy food with junk food to make it taste less healthy.
