No dont let your friend make the first move that well seem a little desperate. just wait a few days for him to make the first move ..and if it doesnt work write another questoin and i will answer .............

yes. tell her to start a conversation with him. if not you can help, by seeing him *or telling him before, which ever works* and starting a conversation for both of them to develop a more stronger relationship or to at least know each other better. Or you can become friends with the boy and tell her what he hates and likes so she can watch out for it. and then start the conversation. Good Luck!

its not a matter of liking that is important, it is making an action. it doesn't matter what he likes it is what your friend likes, and if she pursues that goal then she will definitely get it
