Absolutely! . . . and if you & he were committed to each other, just count your blessings that he is gone. . . but if you had no spoken commitment, just treat him as a friend if you are able to and he is open to it. Don't let him know that you want more than friendship. This way if he decides this new girlfriend is not so great afterall, you will be nearby if he becomes interested in you again. It's hard to do this and if you find that you can't maintain a true plutonic friendship, then diffinently (sp?) move on and keep it permanent. No one needs a guy that bounces from girlfriend to girlfriend. This answer really depends on how old (mature) you and he are.

Slowly but surely you should. If something were to ever happen in the future between you and that guy, good. If not, it's not the end of the world. There are plenty of hott muscular other 'fish' in the sea. So...start swimmin

YES. Move on. He might become interested in you later, but clearly he isn't at this point, so if you don't move on you'll just end up getting hurt even more.

If you like him, just wait for him.
I don't particularly like the term, " move on". Move to where?
Move to whom? There is no movement especially emotionally when you care about someone.
