My Hewlett Packard scanner has quit coming up When I click on the desktop I-con. Why?

Dont know but try rebooting your PC and printer, if that doesnt get it, unplug your printer cable from your PC and plug it back in.

The HP director will stop working if you've recently upgraded Internet Explorer to version 7. Go to the HP site and download the patch and run it and the director will work again.

Been there, done that!
