You are eating too little. The average woman should eat 2000 calories a day. If you are doing cardio for 30 mins a day you can probably (should) take more.

I am 5'6 and 126 pounds. I have had two pregnancies, I would like to get down to about 120 pounds. I get slated for wanting to lose "too much" weight! I'm nearly 30 (gulp!!!).

I personally think you should be eating more. You should go for carbs which give you long term energy release, so that when you work out you have the energy to do so.

I don't think 1800 is healthy for any woman (apart from a very obese woman who needs to drop the weight), let alone one who exercises 30 hard minutes every day.

In British terms you weigh 7 stone 9, which is way below what you should be at 5'8. You should probably be about 130 pounds. Now, that doesn't have to mean fat, you can gain it in muscle too, but I think it needs to be put on somewhere.

What you need to be looking at is your bmi (body mass index), and yours is way below what it should be. That is what describes you as healthy or not generally.

This is probably not the answer you wanted to hear, but that's what I think.

Because you are only 17, you may want to consider upping that to about 2000 calories. You're metabolism at that age is through the roof and if you even slightly undernourish yourself, you are only setting yourself up for weight gain in your late 20s and early 30s.

You're not eating enough. I would say at least 2000 calories a day for you because you burn alot of those calories during your workout. Your actually considered underweight. For your height it is recommended that you be at least 120 lbs.

Actually, you sound great and in a healthy shape...I think your frame is just naturally tiny...you should try out for modeling! ;-)
