I make a very good cotton candy martini. Cotton Candy melts in Gin (or any strong alcohol for that matter) so you can't see it but you can taste it. Standard Gin Martini recipe except I add a nice sized chunk of cotton candy in the shaker and shake until it's dissolved. After straining into a chilled martini glass, I put a couple drops of Grenadine in for a little bit of colouring and extra flavour. Then I drop in a ball of cotton candy and a cherry. My girlfriend brings friends over from work to have it. It's pretty amazing.

White Rum Martini --- For those who, like me, can't stand gin.

Two parts White Rum --- Any cheap brand will do; I use Ron Rico, usually. One part Martini and Rossi Extra Dry Vermouth --- Only this brand will do! Three ice cubes. Twist of lemon rind (very important).

Shake, do not stir!

Enjoy!
