I know it's easy said than done to "dump him" because you are probably emotionally attached to him and this is why you are asking this question. The answer seems to be obvious, and I guess you are asking how to carry out the action. It's not easy to break up with him and still keep the relationship amicable. Does he ask money from you or He just use your stuff (including food)? Next time ask him to give/"loan" you some money (approximately the amount of money you think he took from you) for something you want to buy (such as a necklace), and see what he'll say. Then you'll go from there.

Have you asked yourself why you still want to stay with him? When you say "USING" feels like he is just staying with you for the money. Is that actually true? I mean is this just what the relationship is about? How did you end up with him ? I mean before he was your boyfriend you could have at least look up his background and you accepted him for who he was. It was your choice when you started the relationship with him. Financial security is one factor that is important in a relationship but money should not define the relationship itself. Ask yourself if you still want to stay in the relationship.If you can't take it anymore find your happiness and follow your heart.
