We're in HIGHSCHOOL.
About This guy who hardly talks....but we've spoken just a little before, like not alone but in a group with other friends. I think he might be interested because he stares a lot and his brothers and friends pay attention to me and because I just have that feeling or "girl instict" or whatever you want to call it. But I kinda feel like he's just to shy to make the first move. And I'm not very outgoing ...and I would rather let the guy make the first move. I've seen him around/known him since the beginning of the school year in August.
Should I forget about him, wait for him to come around, or what? What do you think?

Look the old days of women not making the first move are over. True traditionally men do step up and make the first move but if you have feelings for him there is nothing wrong with telling him. You already said that he was shy so you know that most likely he's not going to move. Make the first move and he just moght open up a bit more. Since you guys are in high school you could even go for the "hook up" which should only be used as an emergency. Tell your homegirl to break the news to him if you absolutly can't do it yourself.

You may have to wait a long time, guys can be real bozo's when it comes to first relationships. It's OK to make the first move, but make it a gentle one, ask him to join you for coffee in a public place, or spend your lunch break with him. If you do nothing, neither will he, then you'll spend the rest of your life wondering what it would have been like with him. If you are patient, you may just have a diamond in the rough. What to do, the governing factor is how do you feel, follow your heart.

I think that you should give him a chance I mean nothing has happened yet so since he's not making a move maybe you should try to, you never know what will happen until you try, It's bad to always be wondering if, so if it doesn't work out than at least you tried.
