Why did you break up in the first place? If it was for a reasonable rationale, then you shouldnt get back togehter, because most chances, you'll break up again from the same reason that will hurt much more than it was before. If you broke up for a weird "couples moment" reason, then it makes sense that you go out again.

do you think the reason you 2 broke up is resolved? if so maybe but Im a firm believer in only dating someone once..... I see it like this if you went to get milk from the fridge and it was sour then put it back in the fridge and came back the milk would be sour....bascically the problem will still exist! so NO!

It would depend on what you feel. What anyone else thinks will only matter when your ready to allow it to matter, so this is completely up to you right now.
My thought are to never stay if:
1. He's a liar (cheating is bad, but talking about desire is fine)
2. He beats you (never think you deserve to be hit, slapped, pinched, pushed or kicked)
3. He is extremely jealous (relationships and jealousy = doomed)
4. He downgrades you/ calla you names (that shows he is messing with your head)
5. He is trying to control your life, friends, time, etc (he WILL kill you)
Good luck!

You need to address the reason you guys broke-up to begin with.
Otherwise, you'll just keep making the same misstakes over and over again. Time is too precious to waste on misstake after misstake after misstake.

he is your ex for a reason. the best advice my friend gave me during my divorce is to never look back. once you put two people in the same situation they were in, the likelyhood of it working out is pretty slim. don't go back to him. move on.

You should have a big discussion on what getting together means for you and what it means for your ex.

you can ask that...not without saying why you guys broke up to begin with! i mean did something drastic happen..did someone cheat on the other one?! or was it just because you guys needed some time apart...don't get with him if its like something bad...but hey if you want a better answer...email me and tell me more details..because i cant go off of that...
