How can i loose some weight and after that tone my stomach and under thighs????any suggestions would be helpful! THANKS!!!!!

You should be exercising and toning while you lose a few pounds....as to losing a few pounds, eat sensibly, cut out sodas and drink more water, little salt, no fried foods, no fast foods, limit yourself to one or two cookies if you get a craving for something sweet or try some low cal/low fat dessert options from Weight Watchers. Portion size is key....and stick with it...dont stop if you slip up...just get back on the wagon...the challenge is to look at what you eat and make better choices then incorporate these changes in your life style...you will be healthy and energetic!

to be honest...you first have to start with some basic exercises just to get your body in gear to go the rest of the miles to come...and get a great exercise video....try zumba.these are dance workouts that have zones they work on....one of them is your abs and thighs and buttox///they work great I've lost 30lbs and maintained over 3 yrs with them...goo luck

maybe excersize allitle bit more.. 3* a week for 30 minutes or something... good luck
