Lunch With The Mayor?

I would like to have lunch with the Mayor of my city. Do you have any suggestions on how I can accomplish this. I personally do not know him. I just thought that it would make for an enjoyable afternoon.

Do something outstanding for the community, something that makes the papers and paints you a hero. No time for that, well have sex with his daughter and place a personal ad asking her to be your wife. That should get you an invite to lunch.
