Im tring to increase my bench and would like to know what i should eat so that I can inprove a little faster. I dont realy want to take anything thats unatural like creoteen snd im pretty sure its agianst the rules so yeah and it cant have a lot of fat in it because I need to stay in my weight class.

FIRST I HOPE YOU HAD A RECENT CHECK-UP WITH YOUR DOC; DRINK PLENTY OF WATER WHILE WORKING OUT TO RE-PLACE WHAT YOU LOSE BY SWEATING; YOU CAN ALSO DRINK GATORADE (THEY HAVE GERINIC BRANDS TOO WHICH ARE MUCH CHEAPER) THAT REPLACES THE ELECTROLITES WHILE WORKING OUT. PROTIEN IS VERY IMPORTANT ;NOT TOO MANY CARBS; THEY WILL BLOAT YOU AND SLOW YOU DOWN IN THE INTERIM. A GOOD DIET; PLENTY OF REST; WRIST CURLS HELP ALSO TO STRENTHEN YOU UPPER MUSCLES IN YOUR ARMS. BUT PLEASE TRY TO GO SLOW;; IT'S NOT VERY SAFE TO TRY TO BENCH 110-LBS. TO 200-LBS. IN A WEEK. I HOPE THIS HELPS. GOOD LUCK.

Post workout? or pre-workout? Pre-workout should be a good combination of carbs and protein. Post workout- people usually prefer protein shakes since it replenishes the muscle faster since its in liquid form as opposed to solid food. Post workout? Usually a banana and skim milk helps. but you have to take an extra source of protein an hour after. To know how much protein you need your body weight in lbs = protein need in grams. You space the total into 5-6 meals a day and you're good to go.

the day before you should have a good amount of carbs (say a bowl of noodles minus the sauce) Sometimes i just add italian dressing to the noodles. Before the workout, i would say don't eat much of anything. Just maybe a granola bar of banana. Otherwise, you will feel it when you are working out.
