Yes!!! First of all don't think of it as a diet. A lifestyle of healthy eating. Everything in moderation. Don't let foods be forbidden or you will crave those more. Have a small piece of dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is better for you than any other chocolate and you can get them in minature sizes so pop one in your mouth a day and be satisfied. Split a dessert with your friend, spouse, etc., while dining out. Just don't make this an everyday thing - once a week! Try weight watchers ice cream desserts at the store in the freezer section they have some that are low in calories, fat etc. and are yummy. Stick to just one of those a day. Weight watchers also has a little snack cake (carrot cake, chocolate, lemon flavors) they are really good at Walmart like 2.87 a box. About 60 calories a cake. Eat one of those! There are desserts. Maybe not grandma's apple pie and ice cream - but you can look forward to that at Thanksgiving. Stick to low calorie, healthy eating, and exercise and you can have little desserts! Then you can splurge on something large every now and then. Hope this helps.

How about a really awful combo of sugar free jello with bananas in it. Ugh, desserts are the worst when dieting.

Blend Bananas with slight milk. It will become thick creamy texture. Freeze it and you can eat it as a replacement for ice cream. Its Yummy and guilt free. You can add some blue berries or cut strawberries as toppings to make it look attractive.
Fresh Oranges are considered very good after-meal fruit as these help in digestion and better absorption of food Ion and breakdown of fats!

That depends on the type of diet you are on. If it is low carb, forget it. Otherwise:
fruit
fat free frozen yogurt
angel food cake isn't too bad for you, maybe have it with fresh cut strawberries
fat free jello
fat free pudding
