Why don't you sit down and make a list of all the great things you Love about her and give it to her, or write her a letter telling her how hard it is for you to express your feelings but you're willing to do what it takes. And I'd check out the book by Dr. Gary Chapman "The Five Love Languages" which can give you more insight about how others understand love (gifts, words, doing things) as well what says "I love you best to you". Getting to know you better will help you express yourself better.

Maybe send her this questions as a link.....that'd be a great idea....or write to us expanding Why you love her...and she can read it there. I 2nd the Promise ring...can be any kind of promise you can keep. And Don't live with Regrets....DO IT!!

First of all, there is no need to be all extravagant. This is who you are. You are the type of person who has a difficult time expressing your feelings, but that doesn't mean what you feel inside ain't real. She needs to understand that. Women are naturally more emotional and men are physical, and usually men show there feelings more by touch than by words. So hey, just tell her that you do love her, but your not good at words, in time, you will be able to open up more. Trust me..just give it some time. As long as your there for her,and your loyal, she will know that you do truly love only her.

You know, when you are surprised by something how emotion comes out in your voice, like WOW!! That was close!!! Well, do the same thing with your heart, let your heart tell her how important she is to you and that she's the best thing that has ever happened to you and that you love her more than she will ever know and if you say that with the same kind of feeling that you would if you were caught by surprise, she'll know how much you love her, she'll be able to feel the love coming right out of your heart to hers. Don't forget to do this often, the more practice you get, the better you will be with letting your heart say how it feels.

Actions speak louder than words. Even if you don't say it everday it doesn't mean you don't care. For us girls, it would be more painful if you say " I love you " all day but you don't mean it. When you are in a relationship for a long time it does happen that you take for granted the little things like saying sweet things to each other since both of you are already comfortable with each other. Maybe it would work if like you post a little notes in the bathroom mirror on her desk little sweet notes like : Hey Beautiful I love you / You are everythibg to me... or do little things that will make her smile.suprise her with a flowers.. as long as you mean it.. hope this helps!

well, since you love her and she`s going away to get more educated i would not worry about your lady finding some one else while she`s gone away from you. keep in touch with her at least twice a week to find out how she`s doing in her daily life, and do not give up on her she`s seems like a lady that knows what she wants in life. while away at college she will not have time to date anyone and her only thinking in her spare time will be thoughts of you she may be testing you by saying she does not think a long distance relationship will work and so what if she agreed with her friend about being single while attending the university means nothing. wait another few months before telling her you love her and you may get a surprise yourself from your lady telling you she`s in love with you, and she misses you too. be patience and do not add stress to this relationship by being scared of losing this whole love that she has for you too.

What about writing her a letter and telling her how you feel. That way she can read it whenever she wants to and she can save them forever. I still have love letters my husband has written to me and I still read them once in awhile. He still writes me love letters and they all mean so very much to me. Buy her cards and little gifts that mean something to you and her. If you love her as much as you say you do then all of this should come very easy for you. Good luck hope this helps.

Make her dinner and really romance her. If you aren't sure about how to do that then rent a few old 50's love story movies and you can get a few ideas. Remember finesse is the key.

What I would do is the next time your driving her to dinner or to a movie turn the radio onto a romantic station. Then sing the love songs to her. This has worked for me. You don't have to be the greatest singer either.

borrow a guitar and look up tabs to learn how to play two chords. then write a song for her. the lyrics can go like this:

baby
baby i love you
baby i love you
sooo much

and maybe
maybe i need you
maybe i need you
to touch

chorus:
i love you
your wine it fills my cup
i love you
hey look at me i'm opening up

or maybe something less genius to make it less obvious that you got the lyrics from someone else. then, late at night, throw little pebbles at her window til she comes and opens the blinds. then sing the song for her with all your heart. it won't matter if you suck at guitar, just sing like you mean it.

p.s. make sure to throw the pebbles at the right room so her older brother doesn't come outside and give you a pounding.

This one is easy. Commit random acts of kindness. Leave notes for her, leave the occasional card, give her a rose, write her a poem, surprise her every few days with something that reminds her how you feel. Don't do it on any set schedule.
