Yes,we can only know the here and now.How we perceive the past.We only can make judgment on what we know.But he can see things in the big picture.What has happened.What is happening.An what will happen.An just like a big domino pattern of physics how will it effect things.But with people .We are like a garden project.Give us what we need.When we need it.An the painful part.Sometimes there is pruning.But he know what is correct.

Yes, absolutely. Justice is a part of the definition of God. Injustice is the absence of "godly" behavior.

Yes, because he created everything and everybody. He is the embodiment of all that is good, true, and just. We are like him in many respects but he is a perfect version of us, therefore we would be the last things to stand in judgment on him, as if anything could.

Yes because he created us and our feelings of justice and morals. so who would be the ultimate judge? He even forgives the things he forbids if one asks for forgiveness.

God is more than just or being merciful.
He is also most graceful.
He doesn't punish us accordingly
but always give us chance to repent
that we may be forgiven.

I used to before my puppy died of bloat, I became injured and lost my job, and have had so much trouble finding gainful employment.
