While printing from Ms word page numbers such as page 1 of 3 not updating. what shall I do?

It is showing in the monitor as page 1 of 3 but in the print out it shows page 1 of 1, page 2 of 2 and page 3 of 3. What setup I have to change?

Click on the Tools menu and choose Options. Select the Print tab and put a tick mark in front of Update Fields under Printing options.
