i really want a tragus peircing but my tragus is kinda small. can it be too small to pierce??

I don't think so. Have you been to a piercer to have them check it out? I just looked in the mirror and mine don't look too big and I have both of mine pierced. I'd go to see the piercer and have them take a look. If you go to a reputable establishment, I doubt they'll do it if they truly believe it would be unsafe or improper.

Yes. My friend went to have hers done and the piercing person told her that hers is too small. There are nerves in the tragus and you can get nerve damage.
Best bet is to ask a professional.
