I'm guessing your question is: I'm really stupid and have not leaned anything.

So I'm gonna do that stupid thing that I'M not supposed to do
and try to fool my probie.

Your going to go back to jail. Maybe not tomorrow, but soon.

When those cuffs click on, I want you to remember.

Some guy on the Internet said this was gonna happen.

So I'm psychic. Give me all your cash.

yes they can test it, and they can test you probably any dang time they want to, So be a man or woman and don't drink while on probation. Why take a chance and end up in jail. Thats really silly. They caught you once didn't they. Drunk disorderly, public intoxication, open container, drink in public, bottom line is if they want to stick you they will. did you make a jerk of yourself during the arrest if you did then you will differently be a target

Yes they can test and probably will at some point. Most likely you will not know when. If you are caught, it is violation of probation and the most likely outcome is jail. Judges don't like it when you flip them the bird, figuratively speaking, which is what you would be doing by breaking the terms of your probation so soon.

Please consider the likely outcome before you do this.

They can & do...
And your body burns it one drink per hour.
That's one beer or one shot or a 6 oz glass of wine per hour. So if you have 20 beers one night, you aren't safe until 20 hours after you stopped drinking (more if you have a full stomach).

Yep...usually it will be written out right in the terms of your probation.
